There is so much that has not been written about Babylon. If ever there was a time for someone to search the Scriptures concerning “Mystery Babylon” it is now. Babylon represents all that is religious and not true, not real, and not free Christianity. Babylon comes in many guises, many forms, and has the ability to deceive greatly. It is the counterfeit of all that is truly godly! It is as Paul so aptly puts it, “a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof” (II Timothy 3:5). Babylon is truly the “spirit of antichrist”.
