Oh, what a wonderful principle “Prophetic Utterance” is! God wants all of His people to know about prophecy because He wants us prophesying. There have been many mistakes made and a lot of error has happened because of misunderstanding concerning this principle. Because of this many have shielded away from, and even resisted prophecy. Prophecy is intended to speak a word from God to people. Moses many years ago said, “Would that all God’s people would prophesy.” (Numbers 11:29). Paul later writes “covet to prophesy”. (I Cor. 14:1). So, get ready, for as you study this manual, the Word of the Lord is going to begin to arise in your heart, and when He wants to speak through you, you will have to prophesy!
