O Worship The Lord was written because the Bible declares man was created for the pleasure of God (Revelation 4:11).  And worship is the way to find His pleasure and to give Him pleasure.  John 4:23 tells us that the Father seeks people to worship Him in spirit and in truth.  This manual seeks to exhaustively explain why worship is essential to knowing God intimately and why there is a true worship and also a not-so-true worship.  This study manual covers all the aspects that are necessary to have a complete understanding of worship.  It also covers all the Scriptural ways we can worship God such as dancing, shouting, kneeling, bowing, clapping, singing, etc.  It also examines the heart relationship in worship and how a relationship of intimacy is what God is after for every single person.  Since the beginning of time, God has wanted this.  The purpose of the Tabernacle of Moses was to create a place of habitation for God among His people.  He still desires that today with His people.  Worship is the way for that to be achieved in our lives.  In addition, this many covers many other aspects of worship.  For example, it explains how worship can defeat the enemy.

My prayer is as you read this book, study it, and put it into practice, you become a true worshipper of the Lord Jesus.  And when you do, the Father will seek you out knowing that His portion (Deuteronomy 32:9) is willing to pay the price to worship Him intimately.  O Worship the Lord, my brothers and sisters, in the beauty of holiness.
