This manual explores the subject of healing in the bible. One of God’s covenant names is “Jehovah Rapha” which means “God our Healer”. There is so much confusion and bad teaching being taught about whether God heals today or not. There are far too many of men’s ideas and false interpretations of the Scriptures concerning this. Some believe (a vast majority of fundamentalists) that healing and all other of God’s gifts have passed away after the death of the last Apostle, John. To me this is completely erroneous. There is nothing in Scripture to confirm this “doctrine of men”. It is simply an attempt to put God in a dispensational package and it is unwarranted and simply not of God. We want the Bible to speak for itself. Our trust should not be placed on anything less that what the Scriptures declare. If we search the Scriptures with an open mind and face (II Corinthians 3:18), we can come to no other conclusion but that our wonderful God has provided healing, and I mean not only spiritual but physical healing for His people. Healing is in the atonement. This manual includes lessons such as: God’s will concerning healing, where sickness comes from, why people don’t get healed; ways to receive healing. faith and healing; etc. (45 pages)
